Love is a creative strategist and management consultant with over 20 years of experience facilitating decisions to scale businesses. Love scales teams and develops operational strategies for new products and experiences. On a mission to develop young Black professionals, she sits on several advisory boards forging pathways to build diverse creative and tech teams.

Love oversees the business operations for Brad Beach DBT as Chief Operations Officer, designing and implementing policies that promote the company's culture and vision.

Co-Founder, Chief Consultant & Trainer

Brad has worked in juvenile justice for 30 years, initially as a line staff member and then as a program director and administrator at Echo Glen, A model juvenile justice facility near Seattle. His DBT Program was named 2006 Program of the Year by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC). It became the nation's first juvenile justice facility to significantly reduce suicidal and violent behaviors.

Brad conducts trainings throughout the United States, Canada and Australia. Drawing from his broad experience base, he effectively engages direct service staff and all levels of administrators to successfully promote the broad cultural shifts necessary for implementing and sustaining this evidenced-based practice within large, complicated systems.
