DBT Onsite Consultation focuses on the application, implementation, and sustainability of DBT concepts. This consultation explores how DBT strategies can be applied in the milieu and how to work as a team for effective treatment and therapy.

DBT Skills Training focuses on acceptance-based mindfulness, distress tolerance, and change-oriented skills of emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. Growing evidence that mindfulness is a key component of effective problem-solving and skill development.
DBT Train the Trainer
DBT Train the Trainer is designed for participants with some experience in DBT. The trainer will teach DBT strategies and DBT milieu interventions. This training will cover each module and the most effective teaching methods.
